The Border Policy Research Institute at Western Washington University and the 21st Century Borders SSHRC Research Program at the Centre for Global Studies at the University of Victoria invite border scholars and/or data visualization specialists to apply for the 2024 Visiting Cross-Border Research Fellowship.
This joint appointment between two universities with established border studies programs offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cross-border, policy-relevant research in the Cascadia border region and beyond. This year's fellowship will be a hybrid appointment, with the majority of work taking place online and via Zoom meetings, with at least one visit to each of the two host universities during or after the fellowship period. There is one fellowship available in 2024.
