This conference aims to examine the theme of re-generation(s) in relation to Canada (past, present and future) from a wide range of interdisciplinary perspectives.

Papers are invited on, but not limited to, the following topics

·         Re-writing Canada

CFP for an Undergraduate Student Conference on "The United States, Canada, and Quebec in the Age of Trump"

Paper proposals are being accepted for an undergraduate research symposium on "The United States, Canada, and Quebec in the Age of Trump" to be held at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA on Friday, March 23rd, 2018. Proposals must be submitted by February 2nd, 2018.  

Participants in the conference will be offered two nights of accommodation and will have their meals at the conference included.  Full details are avaiable in the attached document.

Student Conference on Canada, the US, and CANAM Relations - March 16-17, 2018

Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, will play host to the "Crossing Borders 2018" Student Conference on Friday, March 16th and Saturday, March 17th.  This conference alternates between venues in Canada and the United States each year, and seeks to bring together undergraduate, graduate, and professional students who share an interest in Canada-US comparisons or cross-border relations.

Jane Moss honored with "l’Ordre des francophones d’Amérique"

Longtime ACSUS member and supporter Dr. Jane Moss was awarded "l’Ordre des francophones d’Amérique" at the 39th ceremonie honoring inductees at the Parliamentary Buildings in Quebec City on September 20th, 2017.  Hosting the event was the Honorable M. Luc Fortin, Minister of Culture and Communications and Minister Responsible for the Protection and Promotion of the French Language in Quebec's provincial government.  More details on the ceremony can be found in the attached press announcement.  Congratulations Jane!
