Call for Papers - "150 Years of Untold Stories" Conference, Dublin, Ireland

The Craig Dobbin Chair in Canadian Studies and the Canadian Studies Centre at University College Dublin will host a "Canada 150 Conference" titled "Untold Stories of the Past 150 Years."  The meeting is scheduled for April 28-29, 2017.  Please see the call for papers for further details. The Western Social Science Association (WSSA) conference will be held in San Francisco, CA April 12-15th, 2017.

2017-2018 Eakin Visiting Fellowship - McGill University

The McGill Institute for the Study of Canada invites applications for the 2017-2018 "Eakin Visiting Fellowship in Canadian Studies."  The deadline for applications is January 15, 2017.  See the attachment for further information and application details.

Call for Proposals - Policing the North American Borderlands edited volume

Professors Holly M. Karibo and George T. Diaz are interested in receiving proposals for chapters in a forthcoming proposed volume on Policing the North American Borderlands.  Those potentially interested in participating in this project should send a proposal by August 31st, 2016, and be prepared to produce a full paper by February 1, 2017.
